• The Millstones Bed and Breakfast Situated on the Roseway River, The Millstones is an undiscovered gem in Shelburne. We are an historic residence with four tastefully decorated rooms, all with private 3 or 4 piece bathrooms, cable TV and VCRs. One room has a double and three have queen size beds. A full, hot breakfast is served in our breakfast room overlooking the river. We offer a casual and cozy atmosphere in which to unwind - sit by the river in our park like setting and relax or read or listen to the soothing sounds of the river. We are 5 minutes to the historic district, museums and harbourfront. Hiking trails and Islands Park are across the street. Several beaches are within 15-30 minutes. The area offers a public beach and park, kayaking, museums, gift shops, a golf course, an art gallery, a variety of restaurants, and numerous hiking trails. It is a GREAT area to rest, relax and escape from the city.
